02 - PREDICTIVE
Most breakdowns send a signal long before they happen — they just don't look like anything until you know what "normal" really sounds like. Uptime learns the healthy operating envelope of each machine on its own data, then surfaces the deviations early enough for your team to act on them, not just acknowledge them.
Combined with BOM integrations we can use manufacturers guidlines or learned behaviour to suggest replacing parts.

First line of defence is a customer-facing chatbot that guides the customer to a resolution or at least to a far more informative issue description.
If an engineer has to be dispatched they are assisted by a more detailed AI agent supported with augmented reality to direct them where they need to be and what they need to do.
Issues can be escalated to the support team who get a full review of the history and with their enhanced access to information through the platform will be able to resolve even the most difficult issues.

Combined with an understanding of what is likely to break and likely root causes you will always be prepared.
For the technician we offer custom testing kits to suit the parts used on your machines. Having a test kit for sensors/cables can save a lot of time stuck in a panel.
